AML/KYC Policy of Capital Cash Service

1. General Provisions

1.1 Objectives and Purpose of the AML/KYC Policy

The Capital Cash service policy is aimed at preventing and minimizing risks related to illegal activities, including:

Money laundering;
Terrorism financing;
Drug and human trafficking;
Corruption and bribery;
The proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.

Capital Cash complies with the requirements of international regulators, including the Fifth Anti-Money Laundering Directive (5AMLD), and implements effective internal procedures and control mechanisms.

1.2 AML/KYC Obligations

In accordance with regulatory requirements, Capital Cash, as a virtual asset service provider, is obliged to:

Monitor suspicious transactions;
Perform user identification (KYC) when necessary;
Establish the source of crypto assets;
Temporarily hold crypto assets during verification periods.

1.3 Client Consent for AML/KYC Verification

By creating an application on the Capital Cash website, the client consents to the AML/KYC verification process.

1.4 Conducting AML/KYC Checks

AML checks are carried out using the getblock.net service and the liquidity provider.

KYC verification is conducted by the service’s AML Officer and the liquidity provider.

During the verification process, the client agrees to the processing and storage of their personal data and its transfer to the liquidity provider.

1.5 Main AML/KYC Measures

The Capital Cash service's AML/KYC policy includes:

Real-time transaction monitoring;
Appointment of an AML Officer (Money Laundering Reporting Officer);
Application of a risk-based approach;
Cooperation with government authorities as required by law;
Maintaining accounting and documentation records.

2. Restrictions and Measures for Suspicious Transactions

2.1 Prohibited Jurisdictions

Capital Cash does not provide services to clients residing in the following countries:

USA, Afghanistan, Albania, Angola, Algeria, Bangladesh, Barbados, Bolivia, Botswana, Burma (Myanmar), Burundi, Cambodia, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Conakry, Ivory Coast, Cuba, North Korea (DPRK), Ecuador, Egypt, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Guyana, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Morocco, Myanmar, Nepal, Nicaragua, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Panama, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Tunisia, Uganda, Vanuatu, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, Jamaica.

2.2 Freezing Suspicious Transactions

A client's transaction may be frozen indefinitely if:

AML analysis of crypto assets shows a risk level above 40% or the asset is labeled:
DARK SERVICE, SCAM, STOLEN, MIXER, SEXTORTION, RANSOMWARE, HACK, PHISHING, TERRORISM FINANCING, FRAUD, BLACKLIST, CYBERCRIME ORGANIZATION, NARCOTICS, CHILD ABUSE, HUMAN TRAFFICKING, SANCTIONS.
A service request for blocking is issued by the liquidity provider;
Competent authorities issue a request for asset seizure;
The AML Officer identifies suspicious activity in the client’s transaction.

3. Documents Required for KYC Verification

To successfully complete KYC verification, the client must provide:

Proof of Funds:

Source of funds (screenshots of withdrawal history from the wallet or sending platform);
Purpose of the transaction (description of services rendered for the funds);
Contact information of the party involved (screenshots of communications).

Identification Documents:

Passport, ID card, or driver's license (photo of the document);
Selfie with the document and a sheet of paper showing the current date and the client's signature.

The service reserves the right to request additional documents. All images must be of good quality, with client data clearly visible and without glare.

3.1 Processing Times for KYC Requests

The document review period is individual and not strictly regulated.

3.2 Return of Frozen Assets

Refunds are only possible after successful completion of KYC verification.

If KYC verification is successfully passed, the refund will be made with a commission fee of up to 5%.

Assets that fail AML verification are not subject to exchange.

If assets are seized or if a request from competent authorities is received, refund is impossible (the assets will be treated as material evidence).

4. Requests from Government and Law Enforcement Authorities

Government and law enforcement authorities may submit official requests for cooperation.

Each request is reviewed individually in accordance with the user agreement.
